Many students want a home away from home while they finish their studies, but they want to avoid spending extra money on furnishing their temporary space. We offer 1-Bedroom and 2-Bedroom units with the basic but necessary furnishings. Options include newly remodeled kitchens, bathrooms, tile floors, and in-unit laundry.
High Speed Internet wiring has been installed in each unit and is included in rent.

is a community filled with students attending the surrounding universities and providing a studious and goal-oriented environment. Basic furnishings are provided creating a livable space at the time of move-in, and advanced technology is currently being upgraded to facilitate academic research and studies. We are able to accommodate the pre-leasing process and arrival for international students as well.
